Donna Hudson

Donna Hudson is a Broker Associate with Hudson Realty. She began her real estate career in 1981 and obtained her broker’s license in 1993. Donna is the managing broker of Hudson Realty. She also has obtained her CRS and GRI degrees in 2006. Donna specializes in both residential and farm real estate. She and her husband, Jim, are both natives of Pocahontas. Having been raised on a farm in Pocahontas County and having lived in Pocahontas nearly all of her adult life, Donna has extensive knowledge of both agricultural and residential properties. She is the mother of two adult children. She is actively involved in Hope United Methodist Church where she is an organist and serves on numerous committees. She is also an active member of the Pocahontas Women’s Club and has enjoyed serving on several fund-raising committees for the community including the Rialto Theater and the newly constructed Pocahontas Inn & Suites. Donna is a past secretary of the United Counties Board of Realtors and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and United Counties Board of Realtors.

R.K. Welander

R.K. Welander has been in the auction business since 1986 and has been a realtor since 1987. In 1995 he joined the Hudson Realty real estate offices in Pocahontas. RK and his wife Marlene live in Pomeroy. They have their own auction business servicing the surrounding areas. RK has been involved with farming on and off throughout his whole life and with his back ground in agriculture he brings a new vision to agland, real estate sales and investments. R.K. has been involved with many local and state organizations, a former mayor of Pomeroy, past board member and past president/vice-president of the Calhoun County Economic Development Board. In addition to local and civic leadership positions, RK has won several auction related awards and held many positions in the State Auctioneers Association including being a past board member and president as well as holding a Hall of Fame award in the Iowa Auctioneers Association. RK currently is involved with over 200 auctions a year doing estates, auto, land, antiques and households.

Diane Keith

Diane Keith has been a sales associate with Hudson Realty for two years after previously selling real estate in Fort Dodge for eight years. She and her husband Terry are natives of Pocahontas and are the parents of five grown children. At Hudson Realty Diane specializes in both residential and commercial properties. Diane serves on the Board of Directors of the SS Peter & Paul Historic Site and also on the Hinde Community Center Board of Directors. She is also a member of the National, State and local Board of Realtors.

Becky Johnson

Becky Johnson is the newest Sales Associate having joined the Hudson Realty team in 2005 and is already a Million Dollar Producer. She works mainly in Albert City and the surrounding areas. Becky was born and raised in Arkansas and after receivng her BS degree in business and finance from the University of Arkansas, she and her husband Chris moved to Albert City in 2000. They are the parents of two young daughters. In her spare time, Becky enjoys gardening and anything outdoors. Becky also has her insurance license and is associated with Hopkins Insurance of Pocahontas.

Becky is a member of the United Counties Board of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
